At Harvest Moon Estate and Winery, its winemaking philosophy combines two traditionally separate tasks: growing quality grapes and then making them into wine. Owner Randy Pitts calls this method wine growing. As both grower and winemaker, Randy has truly developed an appreciation for the art and strives to continually perfect his craft.
