The holiday season is a special time of year, cherished with friends and family. Stories, laughs and hugs are exchanged in the comfort of our homes. Delicious food and wine are savored over sentimental moments. We look back on the year with a full heart, grateful for the life we are living.
The wineries of Taste Route 116 want to open up their “homes” with you this holiday season to be a part of those joyful memories you’re about to create. Bring your families out for a festive celebration at one (or more) of our wineries! Rain or shine, Russian River Vineyards will be hosting live music every weekend (Friday – Sunday). Ektimo Vineyards will be hosting table-side barrel tasting all month long, while offering special discounts on futures to Taste Route 116 wine club members. Char Vale Vineyards will be serving festive wines and having special holiday deals. Harvest Moon Winery will be hosting sparkling wine tasting flights every weekend (open on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day). The wine educators at all of our properties are excited to welcome your smiling faces and treat you to a wonderful time!

Winter Wine & Food Pairing at Russian River Vineyards on December 9 & 11
The Kitchen has lovingly handcrafted four delectable small dishes to pair perfectly with four featured wines. Each small dish is thoughtfully created to complement its fine wine component. Availability is limited and reservations are required 48 hours in advance. Vegetarian options available. Seatings available at 12:00, 2:00 and 4:00 pm.

Comedy Night at Hook & Ladder Winery on December 16, 7:00 – 8:00pm
This comedy tour takes top comedians whom you’ve seen on TV and sends them out on the road to tell jokes throughout the country. Treat yourself to a hysterical night of wine and laughter!

Movie Night at Hook & Ladder Winery on December 18, 3:30 – 7:00 pm
Cozy up in our barrel room as we set up the BIG SCREEN and enjoy the antics and laughs of the holiday favorite, Home Alone. Food, goodies and wine by the glass and/or bottle will be available throughout the show! This event is open to the public and admission free, so start a new tradition and get on over to have a glass and enjoy the film.
