Come celebrate love with Bowman Cellars at this pre Valentines Day dinner on Saturday, February 10th.
Chef Noel has curated a special four course menu for this intimate dinner. Ticket price includes wine with each of the four courses. There are two seatings available: one at 5:00 pm and one at 7:00 pm.
First Course: Root Soup (breadcrumb, Thai basil)
Second Course: Lobster Spaghettini (cured egg yolk, tarragon)
Third Course: Hanger Medallion (chanterelle, pave, beef jus)
Fourth Course: Poached Cherries (chocolate mascarpone, cabernet)
