The Balletto family and their team are meticulous when it comes to taking care of the vineyard. The estate boasts 800 acres of vineyards, 900,000 estate grown vines, and each vine is touched by a human at least four times prior to harvest in the fall.
The team will even pick grapes in the early hours of the morning which results in better grapes and even better wine.
